On-site parking for tenants.
Fully appointed kitchen (tenants only) with complimentary coffee, tea, chilled water.
Accredited disability bathroom.
Accredited wheelchair access.
Unlimited fibre wi-fi.
Monitored security including alarm and security cameras inside and out.
Secure room for confidential mail, courier packages, tests etc. Photocopier/scanner (billed additionally)
EFTPOS available with set up fee and monthly rental.
Rooms are professionally cleaned.
Gardens regularly maintained.
Clinician's bio to appear on the Kokako website (optional) with link to their website.
Long-term contracted tenants may apply to have their name added to the plaque at the front door (additional cost charged).
